An award winning case study for the Fashion Scholarship Fund 2026, creating a collaboration between Loewe and Yamato Transport (a Japanese logistics company) to redesign and reinvent luxury packaging.

The project explored how packaging can be made collectible through a potted-plant design for home decor, and how thoughtful packaging can bridge the e-commerce experience with the sense of luxury typically found in-store. Using said companies as the framework, the case positioned delivery and sustainability as intentional extensions of the luxury brand experience.
